Policies, Terms and Data Handling

LeadsFriday extracts publicly accessible business information from sources you specify, and enriches records you supply. You submit a search URL or a file, we run the job on our infrastructure, and we deliver a CSV. We do not access your accounts on any third-party platform and we never ask for your credentials.

You are responsible for the security of your login and for everything done under it. One account is for one organisation. Reselling access to the platform itself is not permitted, though reselling the data you export to your own clients is fine.

Credits are prepaid, denominated in US dollars, and spent per delivered result. Prices are those shown on the pricing page at the time you order. Credits do not expire. We may change prices with 30 days notice, and any credits already purchased are honoured at the rate you bought them.

You may not use LeadsFriday to target individuals rather than businesses, to gather special-category data, to build a list for harassment or fraud, or to breach the laws of any market you contact. You may not attempt to overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent limits on the platform. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are breaching this section.

We deliver data. What you send is yours. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people on your list, for honouring opt-outs, for identifying yourself in every message, and for complying with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, PECR, and any other regime that applies to you.

Most orders complete within a few hours; orders above 50,000 rows may take up to 24 hours. Data is provided as we find it at the source. We do not warrant that every record is accurate, current, or complete, because the underlying sources are not.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. There is no uptime SLA on standard accounts.

The platform, its software and its branding remain ours. The data files we deliver to you become yours to use, subject to the acceptable use section and to the laws that apply to you.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or reputational harm arising from your use of exported data.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, with notice unless the breach is severe. On closure, unused credits are refundable under the refund policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you hold in your own country.
