Choose the scraping or enrichment tool you need, paste your search URL or upload your file, select your options, and submit the request. Everything runs on our servers, so you don’t need to keep your browser or computer open.

Most request are completed within a few hours, depending on the tool and number of records. Larger exports with hundreds of thousands or millions of leads may take longer. You can safely close your browser while we process the request.

Once your request is finished, your export will be available in your LeadsFriday order page. You can download the completed CSV from there.

Once a request starts processing, we may not be able to change or cancel it. If you submitted something incorrectly, contact support as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

If a request fails because of an issue on our side, contact support and we’ll investigate it. Depending on the issue, we’ll rerun the request or restore any credits that shouldn’t have been charged.

Not every lead has a reliable email address or direct phone number available. Our enrichment tools return contact information when a match can be found rather than filling missing fields with guessed data.

Each scraping and enrichment tool has its own rate. Pricing depends on the service and, where applicable, the results returned. You’ll see the rate before submitting your request.

No. Your LeadsFriday credits never expire. Top up when you need them and use the same balance across our scraping and enrichment tools.

Yes, invoices are available for your purchases. If you have a billing problem or believe you were incorrectly charged, contact support and we’ll review it. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

For most tools, no. LeadsFriday runs requests on our own infrastructure, so you typically don’t need a paid account on the source platform. If a particular service has additional requirements, we’ll show them before you start.

Most exports are delivered as CSV files, making them easy to open in Excel or Google Sheets and import into CRMs, outreach platforms, and other sales tools.
