LeadsFriday’s standard pricing works well when you want to log in, run an export, and get your data without talking to anyone. But large projects are different. If you need hundreds of thousands or millions of records, contact us before buying a large credit balance. We’ll look at what you’re trying to build and see whether volume pricing makes more sense.
When volume pricing makes sense
Volume pricing is designed for larger data requirements where you’re processing a significant number of records.
That might include:
Large Apollo exports
Large Sales Navigator lists
Google Maps data across many locations
Large company databases
Email or phone enrichment at scale
Recurring lead generation projects
Agency client lists
Custom B2B datasets
What counts as a large order
You don’t need to guess whether your project qualifies. Send us the requirements and we’ll tell you.
There isn’t much value in forcing every project into one definition of "large."
A 500,000-record scraping project and a 500,000-record phone enrichment project don’t necessarily have the same cost structure.
The source and type of data matter.
As a general rule, if you’re planning to work with hundreds of thousands or millions of records, it’s worth contacting us before placing the order at the standard rate.
What information to send us
You don’t need to prepare a complicated project brief. Send us:
Source - Apollo, Sales Navigator, Google Maps, BuiltWith, StoreLeads, or another supported source.
Volume - Roughly how many records you need.
Filters - Who or what you’re targeting.
Required fields - The columns you actually need.
Frequency - Whether this is a one-time project or something you’ll need regularly.
How we calculate the quote
If you already have a search URL, send that too. The more clearly we understand the request, the faster we can give you a useful answer.
We look at the source, expected volume, type of export or enrichment, and any special requirements.
Then we’ll tell you what we can deliver, what it will cost, and how long we expect it to take.
If we see something in your targeting that could unnecessarily increase the cost or create a poor-quality list, we’ll tell you before we start.
We spent years building B2B lists for clients before creating LeadsFriday, so we’re comfortable looking at the actual targeting - not just counting rows.
Recurring data requirements
Volume pricing isn’t only for one huge export.
If you’re an agency, SDR team, recruiter, or data business that needs new lists every week or month, tell us about the recurring volume.
We can look at the overall requirement rather than treating every order as an unrelated project.
This can be particularly useful when you’re repeatedly working with the same sources and similar targeting.
How to request volume pricing
Contact LeadsFriday support or book a call with the founders.
Send us your source, approximate volume, filters, and required fields.
We’ll review it and tell you whether standard credits or custom volume pricing makes more sense.
Need millions of leads? Don’t pay the standard rate without asking us first.
