If you’re using LeadsFriday for a business or agency, you’ll probably need a record of your credit purchases. We keep billing separate from individual exports so you can see what you’ve purchased without digging through CSV orders.
Where to find your invoices
Sign in to LeadsFriday and open the billing section of your account.
Your available billing history will show your purchases and related payment information.
From there, you can review previous transactions and access the available invoice or receipt for your records.
If your company has several people using LeadsFriday, it’s a good idea to keep these documents somewhere your finance team can access them.
Download an invoice
Find the payment you need and open its billing details.
From there, download the available invoice or receipt.
You can save it locally or send it to whoever handles accounting for your company.
The invoice relates to the credit purchase rather than every individual CSV you later create with those credits.
For example, if you purchase credits once and use them across five different scraping tools, you don’t need five separate credit-purchase invoices.
Check your billing information
Before making a larger purchase, make sure the billing information associated with your account is correct.
Depending on the information supported during checkout, this may include details such as:
- Company name
- Billing name
- Billing address
- Country
- Tax information
- Other company billing details
Update company billing details
Accurate information now means fewer accounting problems later.
If your company information changes, update the available billing details before your next purchase when possible.
This is especially important if your finance team requires invoices under a specific legal company name or billing address.
If you can’t update a particular field yourself, contact LeadsFriday support and tell us what needs to change.
What to do if an invoice is wrong
If you notice incorrect information on an invoice, don’t ignore it and hope accounting will accept it.
Contact us with the relevant purchase details and explain what needs correcting.
Include the correct company or billing information so we don’t have to go back and forth asking for it.
We’ll check what can be updated based on the payment and billing system.
Need a custom billing document?
If your company has specific invoicing requirements, contact us before making a large purchase.
Tell us what your finance team needs and we’ll let you know what we can provide.
For anything unusual, ask before paying - it’s much easier to get the billing setup right from the beginning.
