Where to Find and Download Your Finished CSV

Your export is complete - here’s where to find it, download it, and check the file before you start using the data.

Once you submit an export to LeadsFriday, you don’t need to sit around and watch it run. The request is processed on our servers, so you can close the browser, shut down your computer, and come back later. When the export is finished, your CSV will be available from your LeadsFriday order page.

What happens after you submit

After you submit a scraping or enrichment request, it enters processing.

How long it takes depends on the tool, source, and number of records you’ve requested.

Most requests are completed within a few hours. Larger exports - especially those containing hundreds of thousands or millions of records - can take longer.

You don’t need to keep LeadsFriday open while you wait.

Where to find your order

Sign in to your LeadsFriday account and go to your Orders page.

You’ll see your requests and their current status there.

A request may show as processing while we’re still working on it. Once it’s complete, the download option will become available.

If you run a lot of exports, use the order details to make sure you’re downloading the correct file.

Download your CSV

Open the completed order and download the CSV.

CSV is a simple format that works with most of the tools B2B teams already use. You can open it with:

  • Google Sheets
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Your CRM
  • Cold email platforms
  • Data cleaning tools
  • Other sales and marketing software

Check the file before using it

For very large exports, opening the file directly in spreadsheet software may not always be the best option because spreadsheets have their own row and performance limits.

Keep the original CSV somewhere safe before making changes.

Don’t take a 100,000-row export and immediately upload it into your CRM.

Open the CSV first and check a sample.

Look at the first few rows, then check a few records from different parts of the file.

Make sure the columns you expected are present and that the data matches the audience you intended to export.

It’s much easier to spot a problem now than after the data has been imported into five other systems.

What to do if your file isn’t there

If the order still shows as processing, give it time to finish.

If it shows as completed but you can’t access the CSV, or something doesn’t look right with the download, contact support with your order details.

We’ll check what happened and help you get the file.

Your order page is the home for every export - submit the request, come back when it’s ready, and download your CSV.
